The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is hinged periodically at the edges to the backing board and undulates. The edges of the sheet are deckled, in keeping with the nature of the support. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
