The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The piece displays some soiling, stains, traces of humidity along with light threading and discolouration, all commensurate with age and and normal use. The carpet was restored at a certain stage, with an underside fabric added along with some edges slightly shortened. The underside fabric coming unstuck at places, invisible once the piece is displayed. The manufacturer's label missing.
