The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The spoons: marks clear; engraving erased on spatulas; some scratching and small nicks to rims consistent with age and use.
The forks: marks clear; traces of an erased coat-of-arms on spatulas; very light wear to tips of tines with small nicks consistent with use; two very slightly bent inwards from use.
The knives: marks clear to legible; the filled handles with pitting and pin dents; all the blades have been restored and are ready to be used. Ten blades stamped 'PimFet' (?) and two stamped 'Ratfry' One coat-of-arms barely legible.
