The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Bon état général. "L'aile" située au dessus de l'oreille gauche a été restaurée. L'avant-bras droit est stabilisé autour du coude. La nageoire droite du poisson frontal a été stabilisée. À l'arrière, une nageoire du poisson est manquante tandis que l'autre n'est que partiellement conservée ; une certaine stabilisation à la jonction de la bouche du poisson et de la tresse du personnage. Quelques légères fissures et une légère perte de pigments sur l'ensemble de la surface. Quelques légères pertes dans l'ornementation en fibres de la coiffe. Aucun autre dommage ou réparation visible. Patine conforme à l'ancienneté et à l'utilisation répétée.

Good overall condition. The “wing” on top of the proper right ear was restored. The proper left forearm was stabilized around the elbow. The proper left fin of the frontal fish was stabilized. At the back, one fin of the fish is missing while the other one is only partialle preserved, and there has been some stabilization at the junction of the fish’s mouth with the plait of the figure. Some minor cracks and slight loss of pigments throughout the surface. Also some slight loss in the fiber decoration of the “hair”. No further visible damages or repairs. Patina consistent with age and use.
