Rousseurs et piqûres fréquentes, papier jauni, petites déchirures en coin inférieur droit du feuillet h¹ et en marge inférieure du f. 8⁴ (t. I). Légers frottements sur les coupes et charnières, doublures et gardes fortement tachées.
Frequent foxing and spotting, yellowed paper, minor tears in the lower-right corner of leaf h¹ and in the lower margin of leaf 8⁴ (vol. 1). Slight rubbing on the edges and joints, pastedown and free endpaper quite heavily stained.
