The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description, with margins, a minor touched-in area in the red ink toward the lower right edge of the subject (presumably from the time of production), occasional pinpoint foxmarks and creases in places (primarily in the margins), occasional thin spots in places in the right margin, a crease at the upper left sheet edge, a ¹⁄₄ x ¹⁄₂-in. loss at the upper right sheet edge (from the removal of previous hinges), a hinge remain on the reverse upper left sheet corner (showing through), otherwise in very good condition, framed
