The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition: excellent. Shows minimal signs of wear.
- Additional marks: ring stamped with R20.42, D2.48, 750; earrings stamped with R16.01, D3.78, 750.
- Fittings: post fittings, for pierced ears only.
- Ruby: 3 cabochon rubies of 20.42 carats and 16.01 carats (SSEF), with a few typical inclusions and surface reaching fissures.
- Diamonds: 24 square-cut diamonds for a total stated weight of 6.26 carats, on average H-I colour, VS-SI clarity.
