The canvas has been subject to relining, it is held under tension on a keyed stretcher and remains stable.
In natural light the architectural elements appear well preserved.
Examination under UV light reveals minor scattered retouching overall. There is some strengthening to the architecture. The whole is under a fine, uniform varnish.
