The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Hinged on the verso at the upper corners to the mat backing with archival tape. Mat-stained and light-stained, consistent with the work's age. Upper, lower and right edges lightly deckled with a few associated nicks. Recto: small scuff to the right center edge. A few small stains to the left of the figure, and one small black ink stain near the upper center edge. Scattered pinpoints of foxing. Verso: a few faint scuffs to the face. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work is in overall good condition.
