The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Hinged on the reverse at the upper corners to the mat backing with archival tape. Faintly light-stained, consistent with the work's age. Left, upper and lower edges deckled with a few nicks, primarily to the upper edge. Short flattened creases to the extreme upper corners. Very minor skinning at the right corner. A few tiny stains along the upper edge. On the reverse, remnants of previous hinges at the upper center, left and right edges. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work is in overall very good condition.
