The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Hinged at the upper corners on the reverse to the mat backing with archival tape. Deckled edges, with slight undulation to the left and right. Artist's tack-holes to the four corners. Faint handling creases, primarily to the upper left corner. Some light rubbing to the medium in places. A pinpoint of foxing to the upper right corner. Two tiny pinpoint compressions to the upper and lower center. No tears or restoration detected. The line is strong and sheet well-preserved. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work is in overall very good condition.
