The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Hinged at the upper corners on the reverse to the mat backing with archival tape. Faintly mat-stained and light-stained, consistent with the work's age. Lower and left edges deckled. Upper edge perforated, consistent with being from a notebook, with a small area of compression at the center perforation. A few soft handling creases. One tiny pinpoint of foxing at center. No tears or restoration detected. Line is strong and sheet well-preserved. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work is in overall very good condition.
