The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is not laid down, but tipped into the mount at the edges. It is in good overall condition, there is a small fox mark and a couple of spot of old restoration in the sky in the upper left quadrant. The watercolour is fitted into acidic housing from which we would advise removal.
