Overall with minor surface soiling, light staining, minor undulation to the sheet, scattered pinpoints of foxing, scattered areas of discoloration and minor rubbing to the medium. A hard crease to the lower right corner. Two vertical creases running the height of the sheet, beginning near punch holes. A few minor scattered areas of black surface transfer in lower left quadrant. Two punched holes to the lower edge of the sheet, original to the work.
