The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The board is laid down onto a paperboard that is slightly bowed. The edges are slightly uneven and may have been trimmed. A few scattered embedded paintbrush bristles. An approximately two-and-a-half inch surface abrasion extending downward from the center upper edge and another in the center left background. A few minor scuffs with associated paint loss in the upper background. A tear in the upper left corner and a few other minor tears along the left edge.
