The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Stable and ready to place. The painted surface with rubbing, marks, and minor losses, particularly to raised points and base. Water spotting through out. The marble tops in good condition. The interior shelves with white shelf paper. The cupboard with bull with additional blocks beneath the marble top.
