The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Oil on board. A small scuff and an associated loss to the upper right corner, and further small scuffs to each corner, consistent with handling. A pinprick hole to the right of the upper edge, which appears to be from the time of execution. Examined under ultra-violet there are no visible signs of fluorescence. Subject to the above it is our opinion that the work appears to be in overall very good condition.
