The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Pencil. Not examined out of the frame. The sheet appears to be adhered to a supporting board. There is a small abrasion in the upper left corner of the sheet and a very small abrasion between the two faces. On close inspection there are some light handling marks to the edges of the sheet and two soft creases to the lower right corner and between the sitters' faces. The graphite is strong. Subject to the above the work appears to be in overall very good condition.
