Oil on canvas. Not examined out of the frame. A fine pattern of craquelure predominantly in the sky and to the brickwork of the buildings. Some paint separation visible in the darker pigment to the centre of the image, behind the gate. Examined under ultra-violet light there are no visible signs of florescence. Subject to the above it is our opinion that the work appears to be in overall very good condition.
