Overall condition commensurate with age and gentle use. The wood surfaces with nicks, abrasions, scratches and wear. The stool has been painted at some point in the history of the piece. The painted surfaces with wear and scattered areas of loss to the paint (largest approximately 1 x 1⁄4 in.). The edge of the seat with more significant wear and minor edge chips. The top of the seat with a more pronounced scratch across the middle and two parallel scratches on either side near the edge (approximately 3 in. long). Stool rests squarely and presents well with a vintage appearance.
