Lot Essay

Built in 1926, the Hotel Majestic in Cannes, France is historically one of the most glamorous hotels, traditionally preferred by film stars visiting the city for the famous Cannes Festival. The hotel commissioned Adnet in the 1950s to refurbish and redecorate.
