Overall very good condition. With very minor superficial soiling and wear commensurate with age and use. The wooden structures with very minor scattered suface scratches, minor edge nicks, humidity stains and light discoloration. The occasional minute white paint scuff. The grass cord seats in good condition with minoir soiling, minor fraying along some edges and the occasional minor break. The height of each seat is approximately 171⁄4 in.
