Overall good condition. With minor superficial soiling and wear commensurate with age and use.The wooden structures with scattered minor scratches, dents, edge nicks and minor losses. With scattered historic paint touch ups. The leather upholstery with scatted stains, creases, wear and craquelure areas with the occasional minor loss, consistent with age and use. Some leather losses have been historically inpainted. One armchair with a dent along the proper left lower edge, and a tear along the lower back (approx. 1 in.).
