更多詳情
The MR chair and armchair were the first pieces of furniture designed by Mies Van der Rohe using a tubular structure shaping a continuous frame. The singular composition of the present chairs exemplifies the concept of the continuous space, a design philosophy and hallmark of modern architecture that removes rigid and traditional walls to create fluid, open, and flexible environments.

This model can be found in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art, New York (inv. no. 99.1943).
