The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall very good condition. The chairs have been historically refinished and reupholstered, presenting well. Each chair with some scuffs and soiling to the feet, as to be expected from normal use. Each side chair with small horizontal abrasions on each side of the front of the chair back, likely from rubbing against table. One armchair with a small chip to the wood (approximately ¹⁄₄ x ¹⁄₈ in.) to the outer corner of the proper left rear leg, only visible upon closer inspection. Some legs present with tool marks where the legs meet the seat, not visible when presented. Upholstery in very good condition throughout with a few minute loose threads, commensurate with normal use. Three side chairs lacking one glide each, subsequently rocking on base. A fourth side chair lacking two front glides yet stable. Presents well, ready for use and display.
