The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall good condition. The metal surfaces present with minor abrasions, minor wear, scratches, and some scattered light oxidation, typical with age and use. Some of the outer edges with minor white paint drips, only visible upon close inspection. With minor wear to the patina. The leather upholstery with minor wear, scratches, minute tears, and scattered discoloration. More apparent yellow tone all along the seat edge. The chair with additional later wood support for seat. The seat panel with slight warpage from use and discoloration from contact with metal. The front of the seat with some separation to the upholstery and yellowing residue from prior adhesive, not visible when cushion is set in place. The stitching along the armrests with some minor separation, stable. The headrest with an impression in the upholstery, only visible upon close inspection. The plastic lining along the underside of the chair is loose and does not align along one side. The ottoman's cushion affixed with two strips of Velcro along the underside. With some residue from prior Velcro strips along the top plastic panel, not visible when set in place. A handsome pair that presents well and ready for display.
