The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is not lined. The canvas, stretcher and attachments are in generally good condition. No apparent condition issues. When examined under ultra-violet light, there is no indication of in-painting. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the present work is in generally good condition.
