The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

(Green) The sheet is hinged in places on the reverse to its underlying support. There is a minor fold to the upper left corner. There is a minor crease to the lower left horizontal edge. There are some minor bumps to the extreme right vertical edge. There are small areas of skinning in places to the edges, the most visible to the lower right extreme vertical edge. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.

(Red) The sheet is hinged in places on the reverse to its underlying support. There is a minor fold to the upper left corner. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
