(i) The work is structurally sound and all elements appear to be present and adhere well to their underlying support. The are some loose threads in places. The corners of the frame are splitting slightly. There are some faint surface abrasions and accretions to the plexiglass.
(ii) The work is structurally sound and the sheets are securely held in their window mount. The sheets undulate slightly and there are minutes scattered perforations, presumably in keeping with the artist’s working method. There are two faint red accretions to the third banner from the top of the second panel and the fourth banner from the top of the third panel. The corners of the frames are splitting slightly. There is a loss and some cracking to the upper left corner of the second panel. There are some faint surface abrasions and accretions to the plexiglass.
Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
