The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- an oblique crease at lower left, 260 mm. in length, a tiny pinhole in the upper margin

- two flattened creases at the upper left corner, a pin hole at the left sheet edge at centre
- some unobtrusive handling creases in the lower sheet
- pale time staining
