The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall good condition with signs commensurate with age, noting minor indentations and scratches on the recto, the corners are slightly bumped, the top left margin has been previously folded creating stress lines. There is erratum measuring the length of the photograph, fingerprints seen in raking light on the margins, indentations synonymous with being held by paperclips on the right margin and areas of craquelure down the right margin. Most of these factors will not be visible if framed without the margins. The verso is in very good condition with erratum identifying the mission.
