The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- both sheets with the usual vertical, central folds.
- both sheets with some short printer's creases in places, mainly visible in raking light and verso.
- the left half with a small printing flaw on the lower borderline at left.
- both sheets with remains of old mounting at the left sheet edge and hinges at the upper corners, verso.
- the right half inscribed 'Lichtenstein' in pencil verso.
Otherwise as described and in very good condition. Both separately mounted and framed.
