The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- the sheet slightly toned and with some pale, unobtrusive stains in places.
- a short vertical tear (circa 6 mm.) at the upper sheet edge at left, thinly backed.
- a small paper loss to the tip of the lower right sheet corner; a tiny nick at the upper right sheet corner; a tiny repair at the lower left corner.
- with the usual, vertical central fold, mainly visible verso and in raking light, partially broken through and supported verso.
- a strip of yellow paper hinging tape along the upper sheet edge verso.
- the sheet overall in exceptionally good, original condition.
Otherwise as described and in very good condition, especially for a sheet of this size. Mounted, not framed.
