拍品专文

The present work portrays a whimsical vision of Japan’s Mount Yarigatake. Rendered on a turquoise ground, vivid tones of blue, pink, and green articulate stylized trees, foliage, and water, forming an intricately composed alpine landscape. A bright yellow sun near the center serves as a luminous focal point within the scene. Despite its titled reference, the landscape does not attempt a faithful representation of the site. Rather, it unfolds as an imaginative dreamscape animated by subtle anthropomorphic details.
