The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
The cup:
- There is a small chip to the foot rim.
- There are a few minute nicks to the rims.

The saucer:
- There is a restored chip and associated hairline crack to the mouth rim with an area of overpainting.
- There is a very small nick to the underside of the mouth rim.

Both with some general surface wear light scratches, as can be expected with age.
