The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
Lu Dongbin
- There are traces of lacquer and gilding remaining
- There is a minute hole to the front
- There are some minor dents, nicks, a small chip and scratches to the base, as can be expected of a figure of
this age
Maitreya Buddha
- Some areas have been polished along the moulding line, which is original to manufacture
Guanyin:
- There are two small chips to the feet
- With traces of glue remaining to the arm, the back and the base
Buddha
- The panel to the back is now missing revealing the open cavity for relics, measuring approx. 2.5 x 5.3 cm.
- There is a chip near to the base measuring approx. 3 cm. long
- There are some expected age cracks
- There are traces of lacquer and gilding remaining
