We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture. -There are a few knocks to the body with associated losses to the enamel, including one side of the neck near the ruyi band, two areas above the brocade sash -There is a small indentation to the gilt-bronze on one end of the sash -There are other small shallow indentations -There is expected pitting to the enamel, which is original to manufacture - There is rubbing to the gilding and small areas of abrasion consistent with age and use -There are minute nicks to edges -The mouth is slightly warped, which may original to manufacture -There are scattered small areas of enamel losses, some of which been wax infilled There are some casting flaws
