JIN DYNASTY (1115-1234)

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- There is a hairline extending down from the mouth rim and splits into two with associated repair, the longer one measuring approx. 20 cm. long
- There are two hairlines each circling about half of the lower body; the longer one is with associated repair and extends to the base, measuring approx. 19 cm.
- There is a 26 cm. long glaze line to the exterior, which has been stabilized and sections of it possibly gone through the ceramic body
