The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
-Some of the aprons and stretchers may be replaced
-There is minor shrinkage to the top of the seat frame
-The seat mat is later replaced
-There are two small repaired sections to the back of the back splat
-There is a repaired section to each arm rest and one to the one back leg
-There are age-related chips to the extremities and scratches and wear to the surface
