This model of the leaning tower of Pisa is in 'country house' condition. There are minor knocks, chips and losses overall consistent with age and use. The metal is heaily oxidisied, e.g. to the balconies and inner supports. There are shrinkage splits to the timbers and with some assosciated losses to the base. There is adhesive tape holding the top in place. There are losses to the capitals to the top tier. Would perhaps benefit from some restoration.
