The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
No chips or restorations detected. A small firing crack inside the lip. Some minor fritting to the lower edge. A fine network of crazing particularly visible in the brown area, consistent with the artist's technique. Some inconsistencies to the glazed surface, inherent to the medium. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the present work appears to be in generally excellent condition.
