The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No restorations detected. Three fine firing cracks to the glaze, one through the interior of the spout, one through the right side of the rim, and one through the interior of the lower part of the handle. Minor pitting to the glaze in places, from the time of firing. Minor surface dirt. The underside with a chip to the footrim and minor scuff marks in places. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
