The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No cracks or restorations detected. The handle soundly attached. Glazed internally. A tiny chip and secondary loss of black engobe on the foot rim. Crazing in the black and brown glaze, consistent with the artist's technique. Some small areas of pitting in the black glaze from the time of execution. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the present work appears to be in generally very good condition.
