The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No chips, cracks or restorations detected. Very light fritting to the rim. Pinpoint spots of abrasion and tiny losses to the glaze in some of the raised elements. Minor pitting to the glaze, inherent to the medium. The underneath with several footmarks from the time of firing. Very minor surface dirt. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the present work appears to be in generally very good condition.
