The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No chips detected. Some light rubbing to the oxide, with a few associated tiny spots of fritting. Some light surface dirt and a few chalky white scuffs to the surface in places. Under very close inspection, there is evidence of minor cosmetic retouching to a few areas in the oxide. There is a very small firing crack to the lower left rim, and three footmarks to the underside of the rim, both from the time of firing.
