The canvas, stretcher and attachments appear to be in generally good condition. The work is structurally sound. There are hairline drying cracks to the impasto areas, the largest of which measures approximately 1 inch. There are some minor surface irregularities in places due to the artist's working method, as visible in the online illustration. When examined under ultra-violet light there is no indication of inpainting. It is our view that the work is in generally good condition.
