The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound. There is some minor wear to the steal frame, with some associated paint losses. There is surface dust in places. There are a few loose threads in places, in keeping with the nature of the medium used. It is our opinion that the work is in very good condition.
