The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound. There are two feather craquelures along the right vertical edge, some slightly tenting. There are a few minor cracks in places. There is surface dust in the recesses. There are surface irregularities and colour differences in places, presumably due to re-painting of the relief, coherent with the artist's intention. It is our opinion that the work is in good condition.
