The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Gelatin silver print. There is minor bumping and rubbing with some associated losses in places to the extreme edges, not visible when framed. There are some superficial hairline abrasions in places to the darker passages, most notably to the lower third, only visible under strong raking light. There is minute discolouration to the extreme upper right corner. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
