The canvas, stretcher and attachments appear to be in generally good condition. There are few pinpoint accretions in places to the edges. There are some faint handling marks to the upper horizontal and left vertical edges. When examined under ultraviolet light there appears to be no evidence of any retouching. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
